Contact us within 7 days of purchase to request an order cancelation. We can provide a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, we will evaluate on a case by case basis.
We will provide a full refund for returns within 30 days of your order delivery. If 30 days have passed since delivery, contact us!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed in 1-3 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Return shipping is always free for damaged or defective items. We fully stand by our products and we will make the refund or replacement as seamless as possible. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label with return instructions.
For returns for reasons other than damage/defect, we will provide a prepaid shipping label, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund (if applicable). Shipping costs are non-refundable for item returns (does not apply to returns for damage/defect).
